I want to share my experience based on visiting your showroom! I was greeted walking in the door and made to feel very welcome. I came in to purchase a few items for fishing and was pleasantly surprised at the large selection. I soon hope to be in the market for a boat and definitely will make my purchase from Renegade Marine.

I purchased an outboard from them couldn't be happier with it.

The service department is great I have other boat motors that I take to them to be repaired always get me in and out as soon as they possibly can.

Wish we had that kind of service in Louisville.

Had a problem with my pontoon wanting to die. Acted like it was running out of gas. The service manage Joe called me and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I sent him a video of the motor acting up. (He gave me his personal cell phone number) They took it to the lake and still couldn't get it to act up. No problems since. Probably bad gas. Joe was very nice and explained to me the problems of fixing something like this. Would recommend Renegade Marine to anyone!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Terri while at the boat show. She definitely provided me the information to make an informed decision. I will be going into the Dealership and making my purchase. Terri was not only knowledgeable concerning the varies boats but when asking about financing she definitely knows her stuff.

Last year I ordered an Avalon pontoon for delivery this boating season. Everything about this purchase was and continues to be outstanding! I got an unbelievable boat at an extremely competitive price! As a matter of fact, I saw a number of used pontoons selling online for more than what I paid for mine! Anytime I go into the showroom I am greeted very warmly and everyone is extremely helpful! Great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fishing boat or pontoon!

Hi John,I hope the summer is going well! Just a quick note to say the more I use the pontoon boat (Im averaging at least 1 day per week), the more I compare it to what others have - I realize how well you took care of me. Im really enjoying it, it does more/has more than I expected, and the family time has turned out great. My wife, daughters, and my 90 pound Doberman all are ready to go whenever I take it out. Bought a new Avalon tritoon from John , we are a first time tritoon owner. Took it out yesterday and hands down the best boat we have ever owned. Only regret is we waited so long to do it. 22 ft with 150 hp is more that enough! Completely satisfied with the over all purchase. Boat came missing one feature but as soon as the sales staff found out they had a remedy to make it right ( ordered the right speakers with the lights) Definitely recommend renegade marine if your considering a new Avalon tritoon. Looking forward to years of enjoyment out of this one !

He provided me multiple options on the unit that I was unaware was available. I called back and spoke with Terri concerning possible finance options and the process. She was able to provide me with information to help me make a decision on what terms were available, the process available to prevent multiple credit bureau pulls and how to minimize the number of trips to the dealership in the process. Ordered an Avalon Tritoon at the boat show last night John Newton showed nothing but professionalism and no pressure sales , just wanted to make sure we got everything we wanted on the order. Been at the dealership a couple of times looking and Sherbert always checked to make sure we didn't need anything. Great people and Gary Waddell was super helping us with questions while John was with another customer. Pleasure doing business with them.

Never purchased a boat through a dealership until now. Have heard good things about Renegade and now I can see theyre all true. Never pressured, no games, and just good people to do business with. Didnt buy the most expensive boat on the lot, but was treated as if I did. From the sales team to the guys that cleaned the boat up before I took it home. Everyone was so great. Cannot recommend them enough.

I recently traded my pontoon in for a larger tri-toon . John in sales was great to work with. However, not long after the trade our newer boat developed and engine issue. John immediately had me bring it back in to the shop. John the service manager kept me informed, put the computer on the engine, run in on the lake and was able to find the problem without throwing parts at it. The only cost was two trailer tires I knew had to be replaced. I am very pleased with my experience at Renegade's. I will definitely continue doing business here.

A huge thank you to John, service manager, for getting our trip at Nolin back on track! My husband had just had his bass boat serviced for an oil leak before our trip, and upon putting in at Nolin we realized the problem was not fixed. My husband was ready to go home if he couldnt fish. John had us bring it in first the the next morning and they corrected the problem quickly!!! We are now back to enjoying our vacation and fishing. Thank you to Renegade for their quick turn around time to make this happen. Greatly appreciated

Want to give John and the other folks I dealt with today a big shout out for going above and beyond to help me out after being what I feel is royally screwed over by Lowrance when they failed to include the mounting hardware for my electronics!!! They searched the entire building and ended up going to an outside supplier to help me out and make things right. Nothing but great things to say about the folks there thanks again guys and gals!!!

Sherbert is as fair as they come. My dad and I saw him out in the pouring rain pulling a boat out with the tractor for a customer. That told me he would not ask anyone to do what he wouldn't do himself. He could have asked an employee to do it, but he was right out there. The whole team at Renegade is top notch! Respect!
